I am a qualified Psychotherapist, CBT/REBT specialist and Muslim scholar (Aalimah) with extensive experience supporting clients through private practice, corporate organisations and private hospitals.
Combining evidence based psychology with Quranic and Prophetic guidance, I created the Transformational REBT Framework to help people retrain their thinking, strengthen their emotional resilience and build healthier, faith aligned beliefs.
My mission is to equip you with the practical tools to train your brain, strengthen your iman and become your own therapist, so you can confidently navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience and tawakkul.

My Story
Why I Created Peaceful Muslimah
My journey began long before I became a Psychotherapist. From a young age, I dedicated myself to studying Islam, completing my Aalimiyyah and developing a deep love for the Quran and Sunnah. After my studies, I built a successful career in early years education, eventually owning and managing my own day nursery. Over time, I realised I had reached a point where I wanted a new challenge, one that would allow me to continue helping people in a deeper and more meaningful way.
That search led me to psychotherapy. As I trained and began working with clients, I recognised a gap between psychological knowledge and Islamic personal development. Many people knew what they should do, yet still struggled with anxiety, overthinking, guilt and emotional distress. I realised they didn’t just need more information, they needed a practical framework that would help them apply that knowledge in everyday life.
That realisation inspired me to create Peaceful Muslimah and develop the Transformational REBT Framework, combining evidence based psychology with Islamic values to help people retrain their thinking, strengthen their emotional resilience and build healthier, faith aligned beliefs that lead to lasting change.
Why I Created the Transformational REBT Framework
Bridging Psychology with Islamic Values
Throughout my work as a Psychotherapist, I noticed the same pattern time and time again. Many people understood what they needed to do, yet struggled to put that knowledge into practice. They weren’t lacking motivation, they were lacking a practical framework that showed them how to change the beliefs driving their thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
That’s why I created the Transformational REBT Framework. It combines the evidence based principles of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) with Islamic values, providing a clear, step by step process that helps you retrain your thinking, strengthen your emotional resilience and build healthier, faith aligned beliefs.
