My story: From struggle to strentgh

Survivor, single mother, seeker of knowledge

There was a time when life felt heavy with fear, loss, and loneliness. As a survivor of abuse and a single mother, I faced moments of deep despair and isolation, unsure of how to rebuild.

In those darkest days, I turned to Allah, the Quran, and knowledge as my healing path. Through patience, therapy, and faith, I learned that even the hardest trials can become stepping stones toward peace and strength.

Transforming Pain Into Purpose

With Allah’s help, what once felt like endless suffering became the foundation of my purpose. I rebuilt my life one ayah, one dua, and one therapy session at a time. Today, I help Muslim women rise above anxiety, toxic environments, and self-doubt, guiding them to reconnect with Allah with resilience and clarity of heart.

It was this journey that inspired me to create the Peaceful Muslimah mastermind membership, a safe, faith rooted space for Muslim women to heal emotionally and grow spiritually, just as I did.

I dedicated years of my life to studying the Quran and Sunnah in depth, not only as sacred texts, but as a complete manual for living with purpose, faith, and balance. My studies gave me the privilege of learning from classical Islamic scholarship and discovering how timeless principles can be applied to modern day struggles faced by Muslim women today.

Psychotherapist Specialising in CBT and REBT


In addition to my Islamic studies I trained as a Psychotherapist, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) / Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). These evidence-based models explore how our thoughts, emotions, and actions interact. When combined with Islamic teachings, they become powerful tools for self-awareness, healing, and resilience.

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of clients, Muslim and non Muslim, to overcome anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. My integrated approach bridges faith and psychology, offering practical tools for inner peace without compromising Islamic values.
